About the founder

I’m Joseph Myers. As a coach and consultant who’s used StrengthsFinder® for 20+ years, I was tired of won-and-done engagements. I knew my clients could get more value from their StrengthsFinder® assessment, helping them break through toxic distrust to create lasting change. So, I decided to do something about it.
